So we are not using any such service in this project.
Refund & Cancellation
If you want to take a permanent leave from this project after this, your (User's) DigiBalance (Main Balance) of the Project will not be refunded. You (User) can transfer that amount to another user (Family Member, Friends) from the menu of Share Amount. The commission rate at the time of transfer will be deducted from that transaction and the remaining amount will be transferred to the other user's DigiBalance account. But it should be noted that the transfer at the time of account closing means that the account will be closed permanently and no other account will be opened in that name in future.
If an account, a user remains closed for more than 3 months; If no transaction is done, his account can be blocked without any notice. That is, it should be noted that it will not suddenly fall into use. It is also not possible to tell whether the blocked account will be reopened or not.
If there is any kind of misbehaviour, wrong transaction on the part of the user, his account will be blocked without any notice to the user and an inquiry will be made on the fault committed by the user.
